Which Photo Works Best for a Broom Riding AI Video?

The photo you upload decides how much the broom rider looks like you. What makes a good photo, what to avoid, and what changes for pets.

A broom riding AI video starts from one photo. The model uses it for the rider's face, hair, skin tone, body shape and clothes, and makes everything else: the broom, the street, the camera move. A good photo is the biggest thing you control.

The short version

  • One person, face clearly visible
  • Sharp and well lit, ideally daylight
  • Waist-up or full body
  • No sunglasses, masks or heavy filters

Why full body helps

The rider is on screen head to toe for part of every scene. With a face-only selfie the model has to invent your clothes and posture, and it guesses. With a full-body photo it shows your actual outfit on the broom.

This matters most in the Witch Broom Crash, where you fly toward the camera from a distance, and in My Ride Is Here, where you sit sideways on the broom at window height.

Faces: what helps and what hurts

Helps:

  • looking roughly toward the camera
  • even light on both sides of the face
  • your normal expression; the scene adds the smile

Hurts:

  • sunglasses or a hat brim shading your eyes
  • beauty filters, which change your face before the model even sees it
  • strong side light or harsh shadows
  • a small face in a group photo, even after cropping

Likeness is strongest in the close-ups, such as the peace sign in the crash or the smile at the car window. When the rider is far away or turning, faces drift a little in any AI video.

Clothes

The scenes keep your clothes from the photo. Everyday clothes suit the commuting joke in My Ride Is Here. You do not need a costume for the witch scenes: Flying Witch, Witch Broom Crash and Halloween Night add the hat (and the cape for Flying Witch) for you.

Bright, solid colours read better than fine patterns, which can shimmer in a moving video.

Pets

For Pet Broom Ride:

  • one animal only
  • the whole animal in view, not just the face
  • clear fur colour and markings, in good light

Dogs and cats both work. The pet sits on the broom with its paws on the handle, so a photo where you can see its legs and body helps.

Whose photo can you use?

Your own, an adult who agreed to appear, or your own pet. You confirm this before generating. Uploaded photos are deleted after 24 hours.
